Bright Lights Cosmos
(Cosmos sulphureus))Tall and free-flowering, Bright Lights produces lots of hot-orange doubled blooms that especially seem to glow at dusk. This species was introduced to US gardeners in the 1890s and has always been loved for its vivid color. Birds love the seeds which are held loosely to seed heads that follow the blooms.
