(Gomphrena globosa) Referred to as a flower of “grandmother’s garden” in the early 1900s, Globe Amaranth has been used as a sweet little border plant in US gardens since the early 1700s. Blooms are sweet and last both in fresh and dried bouquets. Pretty in containers as well. Blooms are long lasting on the plant with nice color - in pinks, reds, and white. 12-18 inches. Full sun. Seeds should be planted in warm conditions. Annual. 25+ seeds.
