Chinese Cabbage has been grown in China for thousands of years and is used for its sweet, mild, crispy leaves that give so much flavor and texture to many Asian dishes. This is a loose columnar type – leaves are held upright but not packed as tightly as a traditional cabbage.
Excellent fresh, pickled, or cooked. 12-14 inches.
