Monarda fistulosa Wild Bee Balm, Horsemint, or Wild Bergamot is a native perennial used medicinally and in teas (Oswego Tea) for centuries. Very pretty in the perennial garden, the soft purple blooms attract and feed moths, butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Tolerant of poor conditions and pretty in late summer. Excellent to brighten naturalized areas in late summer. 2-3 feet. Most to ful sun. Plant seeds in cold conditions - from November through late April. Perennial. 50+ seeds.
